It is of utmost importance - to see happy faces and willingness to offer, especially during this period that due to financial crisis melancholy prevails and we all suffer from that here in Greece. PALMOS Members transform an empty and cold hall into a chorostasi (dance place). Everything was done only by PALMOS members’ contribution.

«On Saturday, October 2, 2010 PALMOS Greek traditional dances courses starting. Courses will take place at the St Demetrios Church Cultural Centre (New Faliro, Karaiskaki 1). PALMOS dancing group and Yiorgos Lazarou as a dance teacher of a three days seminar have accomplished successfully the trip to Germany (August 29th to September 4th).
The Wangen Festival was also honored by dancing groups from Russia, Hungary, Majorca, local German traditional groups and two dancing couples from Argentina and Cuba.
Last but not least, forty (40) people attended the 3-days Hellenic traditional dances seminar where typical dances from many regions of Hellas (Greece) were taught. |

On August 29th a representative 10-members dancing group will take part in Wangen im Allgau historical town Festival where five other European countries will also take part. |
